A drummer who packs a punch, but who firmly believes
in playing for the song, Gav mans the engine room of Colvex
with passion.
Having first met Simon when forming The Secrets back
in 1994, the two have struck up an enduring musical partnership
that continues to flourish, so it was natural that he
jumped at the chance to get behind the kit when Simon
invited him to join Colvex in 2001.
A prolific songwriter in his own right, Gav lauched his
own site Ultrasoundz.com in 2003 to showcase his extra
curricular material, and has had success with his work
placed in TV soundtracks.
With a keen sense of the importance
of the band's look and presentation, Gav is also Colvex's
self-appointed manager, ensuring the group controls it’s
own destiny.
