Meet David Hartlett — new Colvex bassist!

The search is over! Having posted numerous 'wanted' ads around websites, studios and music shops and after several weeks of intensive auditions, it is with great pleasure that we can now reveal David Hartlett as Shaun's successor as Colvex's new bass guitarist.

Simon and Gav would like to express their sincere thanks to everybody who expressed an interest in joining the band, especially those who auditioned. Gav commented: "The standard was incredibly high and, having so many options, at times we weren't even sure we could reach a decision. But in the end it became pretty clear that Dave was the right guy for the job!"

David added simply, "Let's rock out!". And rock out the band will, with a busy summer of gigs ahead and the Colvex album now finally nearing release.
